Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
AgentsArchive is designed to require as little data as possible. We do not run accounts, do not collect emails for registration, and do not sell or share data with marketers.
What we collect
- Voting fingerprint. When you vote on an agent we store a short anonymous fingerprint derived from your browser configuration (user agent, language, screen size, timezone) plus your IP address. This is used only to prevent vote stuffing. The fingerprint is not personally identifiable on its own.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider retains request logs (URL, timestamp, IP, user agent) for security and debugging. These logs are typically retained for 14 to 30 days and then discarded.
- Local storage on your device. When you vote we save the direction of your vote and a timestamp in your browser's localStorage so that the UI shows your active vote on subsequent visits. We do not read this data from the server. Clearing your browser data clears it.
What we do not collect
- Names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
- Payment information. We do not process payments.
- Behavioral tracking across other websites.
- Third-party advertising cookies.
Affiliate referrals
When you click an affiliate sign-up link, the destination agent may set their own cookies in your browser. Once you leave AgentsArchive, that agent's privacy policy governs your relationship with them. We do not receive your personal data from these agents.
Your rights
You can request deletion of any vote data associated with your IP or fingerprint by contacting hi@agentsarchive.com. Because we do not run accounts, we cannot identify you through any other means.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted in the news section.
